2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of departure. 3. Changes to Itinerary

LuckySail reserves the right to modify or cancel any itinerary without prior notice due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative itinerary or reschedule your trip. Refunds or compensation will be offered at LuckySail's discretion.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Any behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others may result in removal from the cruise without refund. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and LuckySail is not liable for any loss or damage.

LuckySail is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
